NEW TO OUR COMMUNITY for the 2025-2026 school year!

Our Middle School Pathfinders Program!

Meet our Pathfinders!

Pathfinders strive for the five Ps: Partnerships, Perspective, Problem-Solving, Purpose, and Perseverance.

Pathfinders (Middle School)

Empowering young leaders through partnerships, perspective, purpose, problem-solving, and perseverance.

Our Pathfinders program supports middle school learners as they grow into thoughtful, capable leaders—ready to take on academic challenges, lead in their communities, and explore who they’re becoming.

Designed with STEM thinking, real-world application, and character development in mind, Pathfinders offers project-based, collaborative learning that helps students see the “why” behind what they’re learning. They are encouraged to think critically, communicate clearly, and lead with both heart and purpose.

Pathfinders Strive for the Five Ps:

  • Partnerships
Learners collaborate with peers, mentors, and their community, building strong relationships rooted in respect and teamwork.

  • Perspective
By exploring diverse ideas and viewpoints, students grow empathy, critical thinking, and global awareness.

  • Problem Solving
Through hands-on projects and inquiry-based learning, students develop the skills to tackle challenges creatively and thoughtfully.

  • Purpose
Students are guided to explore their strengths, values, and goals—connecting their learning to a greater sense of direction.

  • Perseverance
With a growth mindset, learners develop resilience and confidence by working through challenges and celebrating progress.

Our 2025-2026 Curriculum Resources:

Our Location:

We have been approved by the city to operate at The Signet Family Life Center in three rooms above the basketball court. The option is designed to use one room as our learning lab (classroom), one room as our student lounge, and the last room as our enrichment/activity room. For the 2025-2026 school year, we will start our option as a four-day 9-1 program. However, as we grow our scholars into being Pathfinders, our goal is to build more of a co-op model of two-day support so we can serve high school students as well. Once we transition to the co-op model, our scholars will be better equipped to manage their learning plans at home while actively serving in the community or engaging in other extracurricular activities outside of “school.”
