In this session, Dr. Goins explores two key social motivational theories that influence learners’ behavior both inside and outside the classroom. Educators will learn how understanding these theories can inform their decisions to foster a positive social culture in classrooms and schools. By becoming more aware of the social factors at play, teachers can intervene thoughtfully in everyday tasks and interactions, guiding students toward collaboration, engagement, and productive behavior.
