Our Montessori PreK Program

$5,750/year

$575/month for 10 months *we have a 180 day school year

  • Features:

    Three rooms: A Montessori Classroom, A community room for snack and indoor toys, and a sensory play room.

    Indoor and Outdoor spaces on a 5 acre property. Outdoor activities include sand table, mud kitchen, nature walks, and painting.

  • This fee covers all school supplies and curriculum resources for the year. Because Montessori learning is hands-on and interactive, students will have access to high-quality Montessori materials, along with additional tools tailored to their individual learning needs. This fee ensures your child receives a personalized, engaging educational experience.

  • At Heartwise, enrichment is not an add-on—it’s part of the journey. As a microschool, we intentionally build partnerships with local businesses and professionals to provide meaningful, real-world learning experiences for our enrolled scholars.

Our K-5 Tutoring and Enrichment Program

$9,775/year

$977.50/month for 10 months *we have a 180 day school year

    • 1800 sq. feet open floor plan learning space

    • Orchard Square Shopping Center

    • Access to a Touchscreen board, flexible seating options, and high-speed internet.

    • Community Area, Student Work Area, Community Mat, Lego Building Area, six Cubicles, a Dining Area, and Access to a Microwave and Fridge for lunch.

  • 4 days/week

    Full Day program

    (Optional) Afterschool Clubs

    3:30-4:30 pm

    • Personalized learning plans for every scholar in the room

    • low Adult-to-student ratio with a max enrollment of 24 scholars

    • Staffed with a Lead Instructional Coach/Teacher, Tutors, A Learning Center manager, and Student Mentors- each scholar gets equipped by a “village” of care.

    • Days are separated as SLAY days and PLAY days so scholars get a balance of productive academics, SEL, and enrichments.

    • Enrichments are included in the program and are taught by the staff, including: Spanish, Cooking, PE, Writing, and Morning Meeting.

    • *NEW*. Two afterschool clubs are included in the program fee: a GLOW club (God Lights Our Way) on Mondays and YOUNG ENTREPRENEURSHIP CLUB on Thursdays. These clubs run 3:30-4:30 each week.

    • This fee covers all school supplies (pencils, crayons, markers, folders, learning bins, notebooks, paper, and pencil boxes)

    • This fee covers curriculum costs for each student. Some students will have tech-based curriculum and will need puzzle books or literature to complement the curriculum. Other scholars will need a more consumable-based curriculum, so more paper/pencil materials.

    • We are moving towards project-based learning and will need supplies and materials to work with. Some projects will be academic-focused while other projects will celebrate a happening or event in our community.

    • Lastly, a portion of this fee is allocated to in-house enrichment costs, including cooking ingredients, equipment, and curriculum resources.

  • We administer the NWEA MAP Growth Assessments in Reading and Math three times a year to track each scholar’s academic progress.

    • These nationally recognized assessments help us set meaningful goals, support areas of need, and celebrate each scholar’s strengths.

    • The data also guides our planning for group enrichments and personalized learning experiences throughout the year.

Our Middle School (6-8) Pathfinders Program

$6,500/year

$650/month for 10 months *we have a 180 day school year

    • Three rooms: A Learning lab (classroom), a student lounge, and an Enrichment/Activity Room for scholars to learn and grow throughout the program.

    • The Signet Center has two main buildings: A Family Life Center and a Conference Venue. We are located in the Family Life center.

    • The extra amenities of a Full size Basketball court, bowling alley, weight room ,and a plethora of outdoor space- makes this location feel like an elevated place to learn.

  • 4 days/ week

    Half-Day Academic Project-Based Program

    Afternoon Enrichments are Optional

    Afterschool Clubs at the Learning center are optional

    • Personalized learning plans for every scholar in the room

    • Curriculum supports in Reading, Math, Science, History, and SEL are included in this program.

    • Besides adaptive core curriculum for Reading and Math, all learning is project-based and literature rich.

    • Access to a team of Heartwise support: a lead Middle School teacher, a Middle School tutor, and an Instructional/SEL Coach.

    • Routines and plans will be supportive of socio-emotional, academic, and personal goals. At the beginning of each year, Dr. Goins will meet with your scholar to set goals.

    • Enrichments are not included in the program so that Pathfinders can explore enrichments at the learning center, in the community, or with one of our community business partners.

Our AT-HOME FREEDOM Learning Program

$3,500/year

$350/month for 10 months *we have a 180 day school year

    • Conveniently, we offer learning support and plans that you can do at home within your family routine and schedule.

    • Most students can be supported with adaptive, online curriculum, but we will do an extensive pre-screening and assessment process to evaluate how best to support your learner.

    • If a more hands-on approach and curriculum is needed, additional fees MAY apply (but it’s by a case by case basis). If needed, materials can be picked up on an ongoing basis at the Greenbrier learning center.

  • A School year is 36 weeks and 180 days. Each nine weeks is a quarter. At the start of every quarter, Dr. Goins will assess your child and design a personalized learning plan based on the results and goals. As you and your child work their plan, Dr. Goins and her staff will support as needed weekly. *Depending on the amount of support needed for you and your child each week, additional fees may apply.

    • Personalized learning plans for every scholar in the room

    • One complimentary onboarding consultation call per quarter with Dr. Goins to assess learning supports needed and family’s scheduling needs

    • Access to instructional support via asynchronous feedback videos or email/text.

    • Virtual meetings with Heartwise tutors and interventionist is needed (additional fees may apply).

    • Routines and plans will be support socio-emotional, academic, and personal goals. At the beginning of each year, Dr. Goins will meet with your scholar to set goals.

    • Each quarter, a Heartwise staff member will follow up on goals with your child to monitor progress

    • Enrichments are add-ons with this program. Space for Heartwise enrichments are limited during in-person tutoring hours.

    • Community Enrichments planned outside of the Heartwise enrichment offerings are available to online learners as well.

    • *NEW*. Afterschool clubs included in the program fee are GLOW club on Mondays and YOUNG ENTREPRENEURSHIP CLUB on Thursdays. These clubs run 3:30-4:30 each week. These clubs are hosted at the learning center in Greenbrier and are open to online learners.

    • Online learners are part of our family, so online learners are included in all Heartwise events and field trip opportunities.
